Eustache Dupervil

Managing Partner

Eustache Dupervil is a finance and management professional with over two decades of experience working in and alongside public sector organizations. His career has focused on the practical side of financial management: building compliant reporting structures, developing cost allocation frameworks, overseeing grant-funded programs, and supporting organizations through federal and state audits.

As Managing Partner of The Dupervil Group, he oversees client engagements in financial compliance consulting, cost allocation plan development, and grants oversight support. He is directly involved in every engagement the firm takes on. Clients work with him throughout the process, from initial assessment through final deliverables.

Before founding the firm, he held financial management and compliance roles where he was responsible for budgeting, fiscal monitoring, and maintaining organizational accountability under federal funding requirements. That experience informs the consulting approach TDG brings to every engagement: grounded in how these organizations actually operate, not in how they are supposed to operate in theory.

Eustache holds advanced credentials in business administration and organizational management. His focus at TDG remains on building a practice that is useful, honest, and reliable for the government and nonprofit clients the firm serves.

Managing Director, Technology and Data Strategy

Yasir A. Malik is a technology and data strategy professional with experience across financial services and governance-focused organizations. His background includes enterprise technology implementation, data management, and research into governance frameworks and decision-making under regulatory constraints.

At The Dupervil Group, Yasir supports clients on the technology and data management dimensions of financial compliance and grants administration. That includes helping organizations manage the data requirements associated with grant reporting, evaluate technology tools for compliance tracking, and understand how governance considerations apply to their specific operational environment.

His research at Florida International University focuses on cognitive processes in auditing and the application of governance frameworks to financial decision-making. That academic grounding informs a practical perspective on how technology and data practices intersect with compliance obligations in real organizations.

Yasir brings a measured approach to technology questions, one that is oriented toward what is actually useful for the organizations TDG serves rather than toward the latest trends. His work at the firm reflects a straightforward belief: technology should make compliance more manageable, not more complicated.
